At Speedy Electric Ltd, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to return a product. To make the process as straightforward as possible, we have updated our Return Policy. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
30-Day Return Guarantee: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to take advantage of our 30-Day Return Guarantee. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and this guarantee applies to most of our products. However, please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including Special Ordered Products, Commercial Vacuums, Complete Packages, Installation Kits*, Motors, Relays and Hide-A-Hose Products.
Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the merchandise must be in new resalable condition with its original packaging, manuals, and materials.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We can provide a return label for your convenience, but in such cases, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returned items. Please note that for items not in new condition, restocking fees of up to 50% may apply, less the initial product cost.
Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable: ALL Commercial Vacuums, Sanitaire Products, and Central Vacuum Motors and Central Vacuum Relays, and Hide-A-Hose replacement parts are also non-refundable, as these must be ordered directly from our supplier. Similarly, specially ordered items not typically sold on our website, such as relay boards and specialty parts requiring a special drop-ship process, are non-refundable.
False Pretenses: Items returned under false pretenses will not receive credit, and the item will need to be shipped back at the customer's expense. This includes returning items with a Return Authorization number that does not match the item the R/A number was issued for.
How to Initiate a Return: We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please ensure to write this number on the outside of the shipping box or on a separate label (not on the actual product package) to preserve the packaging's new condition.
Additional Information: Please print out a copy of your order or write your name, address, and phone number on a piece of paper and include it along with the returned package.
Products Ordered in Error: Products ordered in error can be returned or exchanged, with the understanding that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items ordered in error that are returned will be credited back, less the initial product cost. Restocking fees of up to 50% may apply if merchandise is not in new condition. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
