The size of the generator is based on load needed (ex. electric furnace, heaters) so an in person quote is recommended to accurately determine size required. All quotes are free with zero obligation to purchase.
The price of a generator is dependant on the size required, the length of wire required to get from the electrical panel to the generator, the natural gas/propane technicians fee and any trenching required.
We are required by your hydro supplier and Electrical Safety Authority to schedule on their disconnect & inspection dates, but usually within one month. The installation takes about eight hours with the hydro being off for about four hours.
All Generac generators come with a 5 year warranty which includes;
5 years engine & alternator, 3 years parts, 2 years labour and travel.
